What if I can't find a design that matches what I envision? 

We care about your memories and want them to be displayed and gifted in the best possible way.  If you are looking for something more custom, reach out via our email or contact form and we will work with you to meet your needs. 

Will I receive tracking information?

This will depend on what you order.  For now, single RememberGrams are sent out via USPS and there is no option for us to provide tracking on these.  We do guarantee our products and if you have any issue with receiving them we will send another at no cost to you. If you are uncomfortable with us mailing via USPS without tracking, please contact us. 

For any package or RememberGram that is being purchased with another product such as a bracelet, these will all have tracking information sent to you when they are shipped.  

When can I expect my purchase to be shipped?

For a typical RememberGram, please allow up to 2 weeks for the recipient to receive.  If you are a part of a memory package (in which we send RememberGrams in batches regularly for one year), we will notify you when the package is sent each month along with which memories were included in each batch.  We greatly appreciate your patience with our process as we are a small business prioritizing quality.  If you need a rush order, please contact us. 

Do you ever feature specific RememberGrams on your social media?

If you have previously purchased a RememberGram and would like it featured on our social media for a specific date (or anytime after your recipient has received it), we would be happy to showcase it for you so that you may share it with your social networks.  Please use the contact us form to request this.

Am I required to create an account?

While we recognize everyone is overloaded with accounts, this is a requirement to ensure that we can communicate with you about your order.  Your account will allow you to view all previous orders, see when they are mailed, and sign up for date reminders so that you never miss an opportunity to provide support to someone on an important date.  You can also choose to use the social functions of our website by having an account, or you can set your privacy settings to be completely private.
